$725 - Double Occupancy - requires 2 people per room.
- Each Double Occupancy person must register individually.
- Each person must name their roommate when registering.
Registration closes on Tuesday 5/6/25 at 11:59pm or when capacity is reached. No waitlist.

If you are unable to attend the rally after registering, refunds will be given if registration is canceled four weeks before the rally start date.
Cancellation after the four weeks prior to the rally start date will receive a partial refund.
No refunds will be given 7 days prior to the start of the rally.
100% Refund - 4 weeks prior to start of rally.
80% Refund - 1-3 weeks prior to start of rally.
No Refund - 1 week or less prior to start of rally.

Package Shipping
If you are unable to attend the rally and you did not cancel prior to the four week deadline, your rally package can be shipped to you. Please call 1-800-Club HOG (258-2464) within 30 days of the rally ending to request the shipping of your rally package. The shipping/handling fee will be $10. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your package. Any unclaimed packages will be put back in inventory.
